Faculty
The Odessa Theological Seminary seeks to maintain the highest possible level of instruction. To insure this, the seminary draws lecturers from three areas. First, leading professors are invited from the local universities to teach some of the secular disciplines. Second, evangelical professors from other countries are invited as international lecturers. Third, the Odessa Theological Seminary is developing its own national faculty that will meet the needs and goals of the seminary.

General History Guest Professors
The seminary's goal is that 80% of all academic instruction in a given program be taught by nationals and 20% by internationals. All professors must possess teaching experience and an earned degree that is one step higher than the program in which they will be teaching. Guest professors are expected to adhere to the policies of Odessa Theological Seminary while on campus and/or with students. Guest professors must agree to the doctrinal statement of the Seminary. With the exception of travel to and from the seminary, OTS meets all basic expenses of guest professors connected to teaching in the Seminary (food, lodging). Guests may bring family members if so desired. Please, contact the seminary if you're planning to do so.
