Pamela Jean Bianco, 60, of Reno, NV, died unexpectedly on August 9, 2022 with her family by her side at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. Pamela was born on February 26, 1962 in Garden City, Michigan. Pam moved to Reno, NV in 1971 with her mother Molly Lyons and her beloved stepfather Dick Adams. She graduated from Hug High School in 1980 and married her soul mate Steven Bianco in 1981. Pam became a dual Italian and American citizen, and her life was filled with many creative arts including painting, sewing, photography , ceramics, graphic design and computer arts. She enjoyed traveling the world with Steve and won numerous awards for her “hardcore” geocaching. She was certified as a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, a member of a local chapter of the Sons and Daughters of Italy, a volunteer for the Sky Tavern Jr. ski program for over 18 years and served in the ministry. Christian for over 30 years. years. She was a Cub Scout mother, an avid genealogist, a retired executive chef with a culinary arts degree, involved in the PTA, as well as a published author. Pam was passionate and active in the field of civil rights. Pam will be loved and missed by her husband Steve; children Brandon, Corinne and Tony; grandchildren Orion, Karadin and Aubrey; his mother Molly; brothers Rick, Richard and Tom as well as many other family members and friends.
